Kevin Kayhanian

Kevin Kayhanian is a Senior Attorney at Parker Shaffie LLP handling complex, high-stakes civil and commercial litigation across California state and federal courts. His practice centers on professional liability, legal malpractice, business disputes, and high-exposure tort actions.

Mr. Kayhanian has successfully represented clients through all stages of litigation, from pre-suit investigation and dispositive motion practice through trial with millions recovered. He has also presented Mandatory Continuing Legal Education programs concerning legal ethics, professional responsibility, and the practical application of attorneys’ ethical obligations.

Throughout his career, Mr. Kayhanian has represented a wide variety of clients including individuals, non-profit organizations, national retailers, department stores, wineries, hotels, resorts, transportation companies, restaurants, and other prominent businesses, including numerous Fortune 500 companies.

Before joining Parker Shaffie LLP, Mr. Kayhanian practiced at a nationally recognized Am Law 100 firm, where he managed a diverse portfolio of high-exposure litigation matters. He received his J.D. as a merit scholar from Santa Clara University School of Law, where he served as a judicial extern for the Sacramento County Superior Court, and completed his undergraduate studies with honors at UCLA.
