Michael is a partner at Parker Shaffie LLP who represents businesses and consumers in professional liability claims against attorneys, accountants, and insurance agents and brokers. His legal malpractice experience includes matters involving estate planning and probate litigation, personal injury and other civil lawsuits, corporate transactions, and family law. Michael is an experienced trial attorney with a broad civil litigation background and is eligible to practice in all California state and federal courts.

Catherine is an attorney with Parker Shaffie LLP, concentrating her practice on business litigation, professional liability litigation, and legal ethics. Her experience includes prosecuting and defending claims arising from errors in commercial litigation, personal injury, probate, and other matters. She also has experience handling bankruptcy proceedings, contract and partnership disputes, and trade secrets.
