Brandon Brousseau
SENIOR COUNSEL
Mr. Brousseau is an experienced litigator with a focus on professional liability, real estate, and business litigation matters. Mr. Brousseau's litigation style focuses on law and motion work to resolve cases through dispositive rulings in his clients' favor. Mr. Brousseau resolves just as many cases through demurrer, motion for summary judgment, motion for directed verdict, and motion for judgment notwithstanding the verdict as he does through settlement.
Prior to joining Parker Shaffie, LLP, Mr. Brousseau worked in the private land development field then began representing real estate professionals in transactional and litigation matters. During that time, Mr. Brosseau handled cases from the risk management stage up through the appellate level. By handling both litigation and transactional matters, Mr. Brousseau brings a breadth of knowledge to his cases which allow him to efficiently cost-effectively litigate cases.
Mr. Brousseau attended the University of California, Los Angeles for his undergraduate studies and obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Sociology. Mr. Brousseau then attended the Pepperdine University School of Law and obtained his Juris Doctor after graduating early in 2006.
