Catherine Macan
ATTORNEY
Catherine Macan joined Parker Shaffie LLP in July of 2024. She has experience in bankruptcy, insolvency, and complex civil litigation, including contract disputes, trade secrets, and real estate litigation.
Before joining the firm, Catherine served as term law clerk to the Honorable Tony M. Davis of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of Texas. Ms. Macan was also a member of the litigation practice group at Lewis Roca.
Ms. Macan earned her J.D. from the University of California, Davis School of Law, where she graduated in the top 10% of her class. She received her bachelor’s degree from the University of California, Berkeley.
