Mark O. Suttle

SENIOR COUNSEL

Mark O. Suttle, senior counsel at Parker Shaffie, has represented private companies and public entities in negotiating large-scale construction contracts, closing out troubled projects, and pursuing and defending litigation relating to construction design deficiencies, defects, delays and cost overruns.

Suttle, who joined Parker Shaffie in 2020, has extensive experience in business litigation and transactions, antitrust litigation, high-exposure product liability and disability discrimination litigation, as well as in disputes relating to unfair competition, intellectual property, CEQA, regulatory compliance and insurance coverage. Mr. Suttle has handled class actions and sophisticated multi-district litigation, has worked extensively with both technical and accounting experts, and has expertise in complex case management and electronic discovery.

Mr. Suttle has also published articles on a variety of topics including equity crowdfunding, asset-backed securities, federal regulations, electronically stored information, and insurance.
