Meet The Team: Bruce Smyth, Senior Counsel, Parker Shaffie LLP

With over four decades of experience, Bruce Smyth is a trusted advocate in arbitrations and state and federal litigation at the trial and appellate levels. He specializes in the prosecution and defense of professional liability actions and insurance coverage litigation. He also regularly counsels clients on insurance coverage issues and the mediation and settlement of large liability litigation.

He writes regularly on legal issues and is the co-author of two legal treatises and numerous articles.

He is a graduate of Stanford University with honors and distinction and the University of Virginia Law School.
