Theodore W. Frank
SENIOR COUNSEL
Theodore W. Frank is senior counsel with Parker Shaffie LLP. Mr. Frank has been with Parker Shaffie since 2007. His litigation practice focuses on complex business disputes and legal malpractice in addition to helping businesses avoid litigation.
He handles cases from pre-litigation counseling through trial, post-trial appeals in both state and federal appellate courts, and judgment enforcement and collection. Mr. Frank’s commitment to representing clients throughout the entire litigation process has allowed him to successfully represent large and small businesses, family-owned businesses, entrepreneurs and legal professionals in a wide variety of disputes and transactional matters, and as well as individuals in complex legal malpractice cases.
He previously was an associate with Cogswell Nakazawa & Chang, LLP from 1999 to 2007.
